This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, electric kettle, and no pets or smoking on site. On my first stay, the staff helped me find great places to eat. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The breakfast was gorgeous and large as expected with the toast and croissants, as example. The hotel was in an excellant location, peaceful close to many attractions.
The bathroom was poor.

Beautiful old and lovely welcoming hotel in Crawley with exceptionally nice staff with Alex the manager. Excellent and perfect location close to the airport, and only about 15 minutes' walk to Crawley centre...

I will definately stay there again when working in the Crawley area. Very Central and in a quiet residential surrounding. The staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was not the best but would still recommend the hotel

Very friendly staff, single room a bit small but ok for a short trip.
Strangest location in a housing estate.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was well-sized with a newly refurbished bathroom.
In the morning I was woken up by noises from a nearby room, due to thin walls.

We thoroughly enjoyed the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. The staff were superfriendly and accommodating and provided good service. Location: the hotel was short walk to pub and getting on m23 to London or a23 to Brighton. It was within walking distance of Mazza Takeaway, serving fast food.

Nice looking building from the outside and generally felt the same in.
Situation within a housing estate so off-putting drive in. Hot rooms, hot day so probably fine normally. Bit claustrophobic inside.

Cozy stay with nice vibes!
Had a comfy night here. The staff was super helpful and super chill. Got checked in quick, and my room was massive! Bathroom was clean, and I loved that there was plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast was decent, though the dining area could use a refresh. Just a bit hard to find at first since it's tucked away.

The price was amazing and perfect for what we were looking for - somewhere cheap but nice to sleep for the night on a trip to brighton which was only 25 mins away. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient and our room was very cosy and clean. Not the biggest room ever but all we needed was a bed and there was only the two of us we didn't really need space to run around! Overall extremely pleased with our choice and would definitely stay again!!
